12 Step

Support groups based on the 12 steps started with Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). As the name implies, these groups maintain the anonymity of those in attendance. This is to encourage people to seek help with the comfort of maintaining their privacy.

The 12 steps are a part of treatment in many inpatient drug and alcohol rehab facilities. The 12 steps are a set of tasks to complete that help people face their addiction head on and maintain sobriety.

Bible Study

Ahwatukee Health & Recovery has several short bible study videos with takeaway notes that you can do from the comfort of your own home.

During these unprecedented times, we know depression, anxiety, increased alcohol, and drug use are on the rise. At AHR, we believe in the power of prayer; God can change circumstances and move mountains when we call on Him.  Everybody in the community is invited to submit a prayer request, even if they are not a patient of Ahwatukee Health & Recovery. Click the link below to access the videos, study notes and prayer request form.
